Artificial Intelligence II

The course aims to introduce the paradigms to neural networks and deep learning, including the basics of recurrent neural networks and models for complex data, model design and validation, and application to health problems and case studies.

The notebooks expect the datasets in a Data/ folder next to them: download data.zip.

Two datasets are not included in the archive because of their size, and need to be placed in Data/ separately: dermamnist.npz (used in the CNN notebook, available through the MedMNIST package) and promoter_nonpromoter.csv (used in the linear models notebook).
